3. Product Information
All products comply with UK Cosmetic Product Regulations. Ingredients, usage instructions and safety information are provided on each product page. Colours, textures and packaging may vary slightly due to small‑batch production.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days for unopened, unused products. Due to hygiene regulations, opened skincare items cannot be returned. Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected. To start a return, contact us at info@nobleskincare.co.uk.
7. Allergies & Sensitivities
Please check ingredient lists before purchase. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promo codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be added after an order is placed. We may withdraw promotions at any time.
